隨著科技水平的(de)(de)有效提高(gao),危(wei)險(xian)廢(fei)物處(chu)(chu)理(li)工(gong)作能(neng)在先進(jin)裝置的(de)(de)輔助(zhu)下完成基(ji)本目標。當前(qian),危(wei)險(xian)廢(fei)物處(chu)(chu)理(li)的(de)(de)過程中存在較多安全問題,而應(ying)用(yong)回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯焚(fen)燒(shao)爐(lu)能(neng)夠提高(gao)焚(fen)燒(shao)安全性(xing),降低處(chu)(chu)理(li)難度,并且這種(zhong)處(chu)(chu)理(li)方法具有適用(yong)性(xing)強、低成本、高(gao)可靠性(xing)等(deng)優勢。因此,本文探究了(le)回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯焚(fen)燒(shao)爐(lu)在危(wei)險(xian)廢(fei)物處(chu)(chu)置中的(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)。
1國內危險廢物現況
在(zai)中國,危(wei)(wei)(wei)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)指(zhi)的(de)是(shi)列(lie)入《國家危(wei)(wei)(wei)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)名錄》的(de)或(huo)具有危(wei)(wei)(wei)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)特征的(de)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)。它(ta)被系統地(di)分(fen)成46大類479小(xiao)類,包括工(gong)業(ye)(ye)類型危(wei)(wei)(wei)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)、醫療類型危(wei)(wei)(wei)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)、社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)類型危(wei)(wei)(wei)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)。依(yi)據危(wei)(wei)(wei)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)的(de)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)方式,可劃(hua)分(fen)為工(gong)業(ye)(ye)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)危(wei)(wei)(wei)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)和社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)危(wei)(wei)(wei)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei);依(yi)據其本身性質(zhi)(zhi),可區分(fen)為物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)危(wei)(wei)(wei)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)、有機(ji)危(wei)(wei)(wei)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)、含油危(wei)(wei)(wei)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)、其他危(wei)(wei)(wei)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)。中國的(de)不包括中小(xiao)型企業(ye)(ye)及(ji)社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)源產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的(de)危(wei)(wei)(wei)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)的(de)危(wei)(wei)(wei)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)產(chan)(chan)量位(wei)于世界前列(lie)。因為危(wei)(wei)(wei)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)會(hui)(hui)制約企業(ye)(ye)長遠發展、破壞(huai)生(sheng)態環境、危(wei)(wei)(wei)害人類健康,所以,它(ta)成為了社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)關(guan)注的(de)焦點。當(dang)代的(de)危(wei)(wei)(wei)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)處(chu)理(li)手段有安全填埋、燃燒處(chu)理(li)、物(wu)(wu)理(li)化(hua)學處(chu)理(li),下面(mian)分(fen)別進行闡(chan)述(shu)。
2危險廢棄物(wu)處理流程和回轉窯焚燒爐簡介
2.1危險廢(fei)棄物處理流程(cheng)
焚(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)法因為(wei)(wei)其(qi)在廢(fei)(fei)(fei)棄物(wu)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)能夠大量(liang)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理廢(fei)(fei)(fei)棄產(chan)品而受到(dao)廣泛(fan)使(shi)用(yong)(yong),在處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)能夠減少廢(fei)(fei)(fei)棄物(wu)數量(liang),同時(shi)(shi)不會造成二次污(wu)染(ran),被認為(wei)(wei)是目前掌握的(de)有效的(de)一種危險(xian)(xian)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)棄物(wu)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理辦法。目前,我國所有的(de)危險(xian)(xian)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)棄物(wu)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心采用(yong)(yong)的(de)主要(yao)辦法也(ye)是通過(guo)焚(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)法進行(xing)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)棄物(wu)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理,該技(ji)術(shu)在西方(fang)國家(jia)(jia)已經有了長時(shi)(shi)間的(de)應用(yong)(yong),達到(dao)了相當(dang)成熟(shu)的(de)水平,每年(nian)西方(fang)國家(jia)(jia)通過(guo)焚(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)法對(dui)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)棄物(wu)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理的(de)比率在60%以上。近幾(ji)年(nian),危險(xian)(xian)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)棄物(wu)無害化(hua)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理要(yao)求越(yue)(yue)來越(yue)(yue)高(gao),焚(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)法也(ye)會逐漸替(ti)代那些在處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)可能產(chan)生二次污(wu)染(ran)的(de)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理辦法,焚(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)法對(dui)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)棄物(wu)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理的(de)比例(li)還會增加。目前,國內外常使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)棄物(wu)焚(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)爐一共分為(wei)(wei)四種類(lei)型,分別為(wei)(wei)爐排焚(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)爐、爐床焚(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)爐、流(liu)化(hua)床焚(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)爐、回轉(zhuan)窯焚(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)爐。與(yu)其(qi)他幾(ji)種焚(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)爐相比,回轉(zhuan)窯焚(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)爐能夠進行(xing)更加廣泛(fan)的(de)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理,適應性(xing)更強,能夠同時(shi)(shi)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理液(ye)態、固態、氣態的(de)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)棄物(wu),對(dui)于(yu)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理對(dui)象的(de)寬容性(xing)也(ye)很高(gao)。正(zheng)是基于(yu)以上兩種特點(dian),目前回轉(zhuan)窯焚(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)爐污(wu)染(ran)物(wu)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理領(ling)域(yu)占有85%的(de)份額,是目前污(wu)染(ran)物(wu)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)采用(yong)(yong)的(de)主要(yao)設備。
2.2回轉(zhuan)窯焚燒爐介(jie)紹
所謂回轉窯焚燒爐,指(zhi)的是(shi)本(ben)體(ti)內增設襯(chen)爐(lu)的焚燒爐(lu),其(qi)中,本(ben)體(ti)材(cai)質為鋼板,本(ben)體(ti)形狀為圓(yuan)筒狀,襯(chen)爐(lu)具有良好的耐(nai)火效果。它主要有三種形式(shi),第(di)(di)一(yi)種即(ji)熔融爐(lu)和非熔融爐(lu),前(qian)者(zhe)焚燒溫度在1250℃左右(you),它支持(chi)高分(fen)子(zi)化(hua)合物(wu)、有機物(wu)在同一(yi)時間進行處理,后(hou)者(zhe)燃(ran)燒溫度在1105℃左右(you);第(di)(di)二種按照氣、固體(ti)在回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯內流(liu)動的方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang),分(fen)為順流(liu)爐(lu)和逆流(liu)爐(lu),前(qian)者(zhe)指(zhi)的是(shi)氣流(liu)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)廢(fei)物(wu)流(liu)動方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)一(yi)致,后(hou)者(zhe)指(zhi)的是(shi)氣流(liu)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)廢(fei)物(wu)流(liu)動方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)相反,利用廢(fei)棄(qi)物(wu)溫度差(cha)異顯著,能在短時間內完成水(shui)分(fen)蒸發;第(di)(di)三種是(shi)帶耐(nai)火材(cai)料(liao)或非耐(nai)火材(cai)料(liao)的回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯焚燒爐(lu)。
3回轉(zhuan)窯焚燒系統(tong)處理危險廢棄物流程
3.1廢物進料系統
廢(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)主要(yao)包括固(gu)體(ti)(ti)和(he)(he)(he)半(ban)固(gu)體(ti)(ti)廢(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)裝置及(ji)(ji)廢(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)。(1)固(gu)體(ti)(ti)和(he)(he)(he)半(ban)固(gu)體(ti)(ti)廢(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)裝置破碎后的(de)(de)廢(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)存儲在料(liao)(liao)坑中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),由抓斗送(song)(song)(song)至回轉窯。進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)形(xing)式有(you)(you)(you)(you)推桿進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)、溜槽進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)和(he)(he)(he)螺(luo)旋(xuan)輸送(song)(song)(song)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)。工程實踐證(zheng)明,溜槽進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)可以防(fang)止回火(huo)、堵塞,且(qie)能夠防(fang)止廢(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)在進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)裝置中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)產(chan)(chan)生粘(zhan)結、結焦(jiao)。(2)廢(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)主要(yao)由廢(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)過濾系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、廢(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)輸送(song)(song)(song)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、廢(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)霧化噴入系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及(ji)(ji)有(you)(you)(you)(you)關的(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)、維護等輔助設備(bei)組成。在廢(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)送(song)(song)(song)入噴嘴前必(bi)須經過預(yu)處(chu)理(li),去(qu)除廢(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)固(gu)體(ti)(ti)雜質(zhi),以便于泵的(de)(de)輸送(song)(song)(song)和(he)(he)(he)噴嘴的(de)(de)霧化。由于危險廢(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)處(chu)置接受(shou)的(de)(de)廢(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)來源較為廣泛,種類(lei)復雜,多為廢(fei)(fei)礦物(wu)(wu)油、有(you)(you)(you)(you)機溶劑和(he)(he)(he)乳化液(ye)(ye)類(lei)。該類(lei)廢(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)大多含(han)有(you)(you)(you)(you)顆粒物(wu)(wu)質(zhi),因(yin)此必(bi)須對廢(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行過濾,除去(qu)雜質(zhi),使其(qi)所含(han)固(gu)體(ti)(ti)粒徑(jing)降低(di)至合適水平(ping)以下。有(you)(you)(you)(you)些(xie)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)廢(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)黏度(du)較高,還需在罐區(qu)設置伴熱(re)(re)保(bao)溫(wen)措施,以保(bao)證(zheng)廢(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)不在輸送(song)(song)(song)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)堵塞。在設備(bei)調試過程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)確定(ding)伴熱(re)(re)溫(wen)度(du),如(ru)果伴熱(re)(re)溫(wen)度(du)過高,廢(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)某些(xie)沸點低(di)的(de)(de)組分就會揮發(fa)出(chu)來,形(xing)成氣(qi)液(ye)(ye)兩(liang)相流,對下游的(de)(de)焚燒設備(bei)及(ji)(ji)輸送(song)(song)(song)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)產(chan)(chan)生危害。
3.2二級燃燒室
在這一(yi)過程中,工作人員(yuan)通(tong)(tong)過調節窯(yao)(yao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)傾斜角度(du)(du)(du)和(he)(he)傳(chuan)送速(su)度(du)(du)(du)來控制固體(ti)(ti)(ti)廢棄(qi)物在窯(yao)(yao)內的(de)(de)具體(ti)(ti)(ti)停(ting)(ting)留時(shi)(shi)(shi)間,以及廢棄(qi)物產(chan)物與(yu)(yu)(yu)空氣的(de)(de)混合程度(du)(du)(du)。二(er)級燃(ran)(ran)燒室(shi)(shi)(shi)增加了一(yi)個(ge)裂(lie)解(jie)爐(lu)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣入(ru)(ru)口(kou)。裂(lie)解(jie)爐(lu)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣入(ru)(ru)口(kou)安裝在下(xia)(xia)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti),安裝高度(du)(du)(du)與(yu)(yu)(yu)回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯(yao)(yao)窯(yao)(yao)尾(wei)入(ru)(ru)口(kou)齊平,從(cong)平面上(shang)(shang)看,與(yu)(yu)(yu)回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯(yao)(yao)窯(yao)(yao)尾(wei)入(ru)(ru)口(kou)成(cheng)(cheng)垂(chui)直方向。這樣(yang)既可(ke)(ke)處理回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯(yao)(yao)焚燒的(de)(de)高溫煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣,也(ye)可(ke)(ke)處理裂(lie)解(jie)爐(lu)焚燒的(de)(de)高溫煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣。二(er)級燃(ran)(ran)燒室(shi)(shi)(shi)可(ke)(ke)同時(shi)(shi)(shi)應用于兩個(ge)焚燒系統,節約了設(she)(she)備(bei)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)和(he)(he)運行(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)。二(er)級燃(ran)(ran)燒室(shi)(shi)(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)中間設(she)(she)有(you)(you)縮(suo)(suo)口(kou),能使(shi)回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯(yao)(yao)和(he)(he)裂(lie)解(jie)爐(lu)的(de)(de)兩種煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣混合均勻。二(er)級燃(ran)(ran)燒室(shi)(shi)(shi)設(she)(she)有(you)(you)余熱(re)二(er)次風供風管路(lu),二(er)次風對(dui)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣氣流(liu)(liu)(liu)進行(xing)擾動(dong),從(cong)而延(yan)長煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣停(ting)(ting)留時(shi)(shi)(shi)間,同時(shi)(shi)(shi)對(dui)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣燃(ran)(ran)燒進行(xing)補氧。二(er)級燃(ran)(ran)燒室(shi)(shi)(shi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)速(su)度(du)(du)(du)、溫度(du)(du)(du)分析。分析結果表明(ming),通(tong)(tong)過增加縮(suo)(suo)口(kou)和(he)(he)二(er)次風的(de)(de)擾動(dong),上(shang)(shang)部筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)氣流(liu)(liu)(liu)速(su)度(du)(du)(du)較(jiao)低,延(yan)長了煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣的(de)(de)停(ting)(ting)留時(shi)(shi)(shi)間;上(shang)(shang)部筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)內的(de)(de)溫度(du)(du)(du)分布(bu)比(bi)較(jiao)均勻,避免(mian)了出現局部過熱(re)的(de)(de)情況。二(er)級燃(ran)(ran)燒室(shi)(shi)(shi)底部設(she)(she)有(you)(you)風冷(leng)(leng)(leng)排渣(zha)裝置,可(ke)(ke)及時(shi)(shi)(shi)將灰(hui)渣(zha)排出,防(fang)止積灰(hui)。同時(shi)(shi)(shi),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻風也(ye)能對(dui)二(er)級燃(ran)(ran)燒室(shi)(shi)(shi)進行(xing)補氧。風冷(leng)(leng)(leng)排渣(zha)裝置由兩部分組成(cheng)(cheng),上(shang)(shang)部的(de)(de)一(yi)排齒輥將大(da)塊灰(hui)渣(zha)打碎,防(fang)止大(da)塊灰(hui)渣(zha)下(xia)(xia)落(luo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)對(dui)下(xia)(xia)部設(she)(she)備(bei)造成(cheng)(cheng)大(da)的(de)(de)沖擊,同時(shi)(shi)(shi)使(shi)灰(hui)渣(zha)均勻;下(xia)(xia)部布(bu)置有(you)(you)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)風管道,冷(leng)(leng)(leng)風持續吹入(ru)(ru),對(dui)高溫灰(hui)渣(zha)進行(xing)快(kuai)速(su)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻。
3.3焚(fen)燒煙氣污(wu)染(ran)控制系(xi)統
進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)焚(fen)燒爐的(de)(de)廢(fei)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)經(jing)過(guo)燃燒后(hou)(hou)(hou),大部分(fen)可燃性物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)被轉化(hua)為(wei)氣(qi)(qi)態(tai)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)從而實現廢(fei)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)減容目的(de)(de),這些氣(qi)(qi)態(tai)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)往往含有飛灰(hui)、飄塵(chen)等物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi),必須(xu)經(jing)過(guo)嚴(yan)格的(de)(de)后(hou)(hou)(hou)續處(chu)(chu)理(li)才能安全排(pai)放至(zhi)環(huan)境中。通(tong)常煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)處(chu)(chu)理(li)工藝流程(cheng)為(wei):焚(fen)燒煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)經(jing)急冷塔(ta)冷卻(que)至(zhi)180~200℃后(hou)(hou)(hou),進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)循(xun)環(huan)流化(hua)床,噴入(ru)(ru)消石(shi)灰(hui)粉/石(shi)灰(hui)漿和活(huo)性炭(tan),處(chu)(chu)理(li)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)酸性氣(qi)(qi)體和二噁英類物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi),再利用布袋除(chu)塵(chen)器除(chu)去(qu)粉塵(chen),隨后(hou)(hou)(hou)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)濕式洗滌(di)塔(ta)進(jin)(jin)一步去(qu)除(chu)污染(ran)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),洗滌(di)塔(ta)出(chu)口煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)溫度降至(zhi)75℃左右(you),經(jing)再熱(re)器加熱(re)到120~140℃后(hou)(hou)(hou)由煙(yan)(yan)囪排(pai)入(ru)(ru)大氣(qi)(qi)。通(tong)常煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)污染(ran)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)排(pai)放情況通(tong)過(guo)在煙(yan)(yan)囪上設置煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)在線監測設施進(jin)(jin)行檢測。
